If Bajaj actually wins the case and manages to stop TVS from marketing the Flame, Bajaj will lose the general goodwill it has with the consumers across the country and its image will take a beating. It will be seen as a mean, insecure company that is not confident of its own capabilities.<BR/>Therefore, for the sake of thousands of Flame enthusiasts and for its own sake, Bajaj should agree to an out of court settlement with TVS.
