I forgot to mention regarding V-ixion, you have to use better fuel because of two reason:<BR/><BR/>1) It is fuel injection so that means less maintainance but you need to feed it with high quality fuel so as low quality fuel can and will make you destroy your engine.<BR/>2) As you might note, V-ixion uses alot of Spark components and the engine is also part of it. The only difference is in the cc which is 15 cc bigger. However it also maintain the high compression rate which is good if you have the money to feed it high octane fuel and bad if you want an economical bike.<BR/><BR/>Aside from that pray that they make a better electrical system since they don't have a kick start. Even if there is a kick start, R15 will be troublesome since in Indonesia using kick start when the battery is dead on V-ixion means that the motorcycle will only run for a few kilometer. I tried V-ixion before and in terms of acceleration, my Pulsar 180 with racing CDI, Coil and Spark Plugs still has trouble matching a standard V-ixion.<BR/><BR/>However the bike is very small compared to Pulsar and its kind of short so long rides may not be pleasant. Also the speedometer is not accurate 130km/h in V-ixion does not equal with 130km/h in Pulsar. Torque wise, Pulsar is the king and Pulsar is much more stable than V-ixion. Top Speed, I have not tested this before but my guess is that Pulsar is better.<BR/><BR/>Just want to add that before buying Pulsar, V-ixion is my first choice, I chose Pulsar as V-ixion has a 6 months waiting list and is more expensive than Pulsar 180. If V-ixion in Indonesia has front fairing like in India, I would wait patiently for 6 months to have my hands on it.... but maybe not since I am kinda big... it would look like elephant riding on it :P<BR/><BR/>Lastly is there an inkling of hope Pulsar 180 is coming out with a "racing kit" like TVS? Yamaha has been following the practice of using parts from current bikes for new bikes. <BR/><BR/>For example the FZR 400 shared engine components with FZR 600 when it was first introduce. However, that does not mean that FZR 600 engine was based on the one from FZR 400.
